See? You get to pick a fighter and then you have to beat as many people up as you can in a row, and they get harder to fight each time.

Oh! That sounds fun. [ She just likes the voice that tells her she wins. Also, the moving pictures and shit ooh ahh so pretty. ] I would love to try!

[ These are the people that Kusanagi entrusted to pick their next mission. ]

Yeah, go for it! [ he hands it over ] There's girl and half-animal fighters too, and you can change some parts of how they all look.

Uh, yeah, you move with this big one and then just press any of these four to do attacks. Sometimes if you press 'em in the right order they make you extra strong!

That's... I was trying to figure out the codes. [ GROAN. Why wasn't she blessed with beginner's luck this time around? Yata gets a slap on his arm and his DS back. ]

[ two can play this game-- Yata makes his character a girl this time to look as close as possible to Kougyoku... with bunny ears. ]

You gotta do the codes fast, watch. She's facing the left running toward the guy and then you hit the A button twice in a row. [ and just like that, the character jumps up to deliver kick from above. ]

And when they're down, you can't give 'em too much time to get back up or they'll use their strong attacks.

[ a couple combo moves later, and the words WINNER were once again on the screen. ]

If you wanna practice first I can make it do that and the other character'll just stand there, but you won't win or lose in that one.

Yataaa!

[ Shakes him!!! Don't make a character that looks like her! It's embarrassing! But soon, she resigns to it for the time being and listens to Yata's tutorial. It makes sense... she doesn't want to practice, though. That's for losers. ]

Yata, I did it! [ She shows him the words YOU WIN flashing on the screen. Now give her headpats like Tatara. ]

[ He'd been watching the screen very seriously, both because he just liked the game and because he was really hoping Kougyoku would at least get one win-- and she did. ]
